At Skin Rocks, we want you to love your skincare journey, but if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
